The College of Arts & Sciences is home to approximately 5,300 undergraduates and almost 800 graduate students,making it the largest college at Oklahoma State University. With 22 departments, 2 schools, and nearly 400 faculty members, its students are offered over 80 degree options.

Many college resources are available to add depth and breadth to your academic portfolio. Talented students can interact with faculty in research and creative activities, giving them hands-on experience in their disciplines. Many departments offer internships that greatly enhance your job opportunities following graduation. Substantial funding for study abroad in the liberal arts can be supplied by the Bailey Memorial Scholarship, and departmental scholarships can also be a resource for your financial needs. Departmental clubs, student organizations, and honor societies abound. One example is the Arts & Sciences Student Council which oversees the funding provided to those umbrella organizations and serves as the student voice to the administration.

Students campus-wide benefit from our college's Pre-Law Advisor and our Center for Advisement in Life Sciences and Pre-Health Professions. Each academic unit has departmental advisors who know the career options available with your particular degree. Finally, our A&S Career Services Office provides help both before and after graduation in making sure your collegiate experiences are presented in the best possible manner on your resume' or professional school application.
